   Boardman road bike was generally well set up but I had to reset front derailleur to avoid chain rub. Staff were friendly and helpful and took care with the bike when setting up using grease on bolts and correct torque

   I took my elderly Vauxhall Corsa to have a dash cam fitted which had been removed from my previous car. Cameras and wiring etc had all been jumbled into a carrier bag but there were no complaints or raised eyebrows just a smile and a cheery “see you in a couple of hours”. When I went back job was finished, then I enquired about having a phone connection fitted asap but it was done immediately. Everything was explained clearly and with great patience. I cannot thank the staff enough at Halfords Weston super Mare for their excellent service.

   Our purchase was a simple replacement for our windscreen wipers. However, it was our first time replacing them so we wanted to be sure we were getting the correct ones. The chap who served us went above and beyond in terms of patience while we figured out what was needed and how to do the replacement (it's always helpful to be able to figure these things out for oneself wherever possible). He was thorough, diligent, articulate and personable, all of which showed an intelligent person who was a delight. After a bit of faff on our part, got the job done and left with exactly what we needed completed! Thank you WSM Halfords Staff!

   One of the Most welcoming places I have visited, we broke down and needed a new battery. We were seen straight away and fitted with a new battery straight away.    Outstanding customer service at Halfords Weston this morning. They changed the lights and hub caps on my sons Peugeot. They found me browsing in store to tell me I was also entitled to a safety check on the car and asked if I would like it now. They even did the tyre pressure. Delighted. Excellent service.    My battery just died on my Peugeot 3008. Needed my car but where to get a new one fitted Sunday morning. Went to Halfords, and they found my battery straight away, and three staff in terrible weather, got it changed, codes checked, and back on my way. Great staff, great service, can highly recommend.

   I needed headlight bulbs, quick and easy to order on line and pick up in store. I opted to have Halfords fit the bulbs but at £8 per bulb I will be doing it myself in future. £8 fitting for the two would be fair enough but £8 each for less than a minute - nice work if you can get it!!!

   I was given a £10 voucher for recently joining a Halfords motor club scheme. Sadly I had no choice when to use this as it was used straight away for a product less than £10 which I wanted to pay for. The sales assistant told me that there was nothing they could do about it and that’s just how it is. It would have been nice to have had the choice when I used it.
