   I just want to say thank you. Recently, I took on a personal project to recreate a modern version of the 5 Series my dad had back in 2009. That car meant a lot to me, but unfortunately someone decided to damage it — what looked like a small stab mark, maybe only 2cm, but it cut deep into the paint. Every time I looked at my car, that tiny defect ruined the happiness it once gave me. Then came Refurb Doctor. I’m an incredibly picky person when it comes to details, but I honestly cannot even tell where the damage used to be. The paint match is perfect, the finish is unbelievably smooth — no bumps, no trace at all. It feels like the defect never existed. It’s crazy how flawless their work is. But it’s not just about the craftsmanship. Darren and Sean were so welcoming and genuinely cared about me as a person. They take enormous pride in their work, and it shows. In an industry where it’s rare to find people who are truly the good guys, they stand out. Thank you to the whole Refurb Doctor team — you really worked magic on something that meant a lot to me.

   Called into the Refurb Doctor while in Coventry as I needed some work done on the vehicle I was in. The guys couldn’t be more accommodating. As I’m not from the area and just turned up on spec, I figured they would not be able to see me straight away and was geared up to be told it would have to wait till next week (when I wouldn’t be in the area). How wrong I was, they told me they would be happy to take a look and as it wasn’t a big job, they would sort it straight away. The quality of the workmanship was first class and so was the banter from the lads. Highly recommended and 5 stars from me!

   Had multiple dents and large dent / scrape over sliding door and rear quarter on my new van , with it being metallic silver it’s the hardest to match and get right but absolute invisible repair , filler and primer work day one and paint following morning , top quality work and service , great price too and a fraction of dealers excessive prices . Will definitely use again
