I just want to say thank you. Recently, I took on a personal project to recreate a modern version of the 5 Series my dad had back in 2009. That car meant a lot to me, but unfortunately someone decided to damage it — what looked like a small stab mark, maybe only 2cm, but it cut deep into the paint. Called into the Refurb Doctor while in Coventry as I needed some work done on the vehicle I was in. The guys couldn’t be more accommodating. As I’m not from the area and just turned up on spec, I figured they would not be able to see me straight away and was geared up to be told it would have to wait till next week (when I wouldn’t be in the area). How wrong I was, they told me they would be happy to take a look and as it wasn’t a big job, they would sort it straight away. The quality of the workmanship was first class and so was the banter from the lads. Highly recommended and 5 stars from me!
Had multiple dents and large dent / scrape over sliding door and rear quarter on my new van , with it being metallic silver it’s the hardest to match and get right but absolute invisible repair , filler and primer work day one and paint following morning , top quality work and service , great price too and a fraction of dealers excessive prices . Will definitely use again
