   Mark was very welcoming and patient with us. We had a BMW recovered there which ended up needing a turbo and a couple other bits. They were all very patient and we got everything sorted within a timely manner.

   I was told a transmission oil change would be done within a day, which was then stretched to 3 days and finally informed that they couldn't perform the service due to a computer error - disappointed. Unexpected problems occur all the time but this could have definitely been avoided with correct preparation. Consequently 3 working days lost. When I came to collect the car I was upset at the state the interior of my car was left in (mud all over the seats, armrests and carpet), with no prior warning or offer to clean it - just an attitude of 'it's not my fault'. Would not recommend.

   I took my rover 45 into the garage today to fit a part that I supplied, from the lady on the phone to the very helpful chap when I arrived customer service is 100%. They fitted the part and the cost was amazingly cheap. I certainly know where to go next time if I need any work doing!! Many thanks again

   On a motorbike trip one of our group filled up with diesel by mistake. Just happened to come to a halt outside Motormend. They dropped everything to help get the tank removed, drained and refitted to get us on our way again. Extremely helpful and friendly, very thankful that the bike stopped outside of Motormend. Many thanks guys for all your help, much appreciated.
