   Rude staff, especially woman Everything was fine from the very beginning, I came without an appointment and they said it’s fine , I was pleased that I didn't have to wait. Other people had to do my nails, so the girl asked where Ive done them and just started laughing. I missed this moment because it was important to me what would happen to my nails now. The whole time she was removing the gel she would put on her face saying she wasn't happy. After removal, she started to do powder , the nail dryer lamp was in terrible condition, dirty, and it was clear that it had been used for maybe 3 years. I showed what I wanted, she said choose a color, but I don't know what color it was in the picture. Thank God there was another guy and helped me with it. There are 5 minutes left and she doesn’t finish my work, because then a new client comes in and she is already discussing with her and another guy came to me who continued her work. She didn't say anything and just went to see a new client. What can I say: service at level 0, a very rude woman. And yes, I paid £28 and expected to be at least sterile, but no, all clients' nail files are not disposable, and everything is dirty and dusty. I would never go back to that salon. I texted them comment on Instagram but they blocked me, instead of communicating

   Awful. Went in for infills, had a bit of a wait which was fine as I did not have an appointment. Started to do my nails then asked me if i minded waiting a few minutes, and disappeared off to do someones toes who had just walked in! I was left sitting there for 20 minutes with nails half done. Rude, unprofessional and will not be using again or recommending.

   They seem to change their mind about their prices all the time, both times I was overcharged 50p which is fine I guess but the first time I’d asked about student discount and he said you can get it if you get a full set of acrylics and this time I’d gone in to get acrylics and he then said you only get it if you get gel? I paid £35.50 which surely would be enough for student discount. The nails themselves aren’t too bad but could be better especially for £35.50…
