Really good! I love my nails and they are so beautiful and smooth! I was provided service immediately and only had to wait a little as they allow walk ins! My hand and toe nails are wonderful! I would come again ❤️
Lovely staff, was seen quickly. The lady who did my nails took her time making sure the nail art was perfect. Amazing quality for a reasonable price. Will definitely be returning :)
Had my nails done Sunday for Christmas with my daughter. Left really happy £78 lighter. On Tuesday my thumb nail broke. I called the shop a number of times to get booked in however there was no answer. It's now Friday. I went in this morning to be told tough. I said I was going away today and I could come back when convenient but was told Sunday. Absolutely disgusting. I won't be using this shop again. I went to Tammy's who sorted it in 10 minutes.
I have used many salons like this and NEVER in my life have I had an outcome like todays set of nails or the service they provided!! Never asked what shape I wanted had shellac on my skin and around the nail area and is so patchy, one nail looks bent and they are so thick and not one figure is the same shape asked for a simpel design and they couldn’t do it!! Absolutely disgraced they knew I wasn’t happy and then started using their language talking and staring at me!! Do not recommend cocos at all next time I will happily sit and wait at Tammys!!
Called to let them know we'd be 5 mins late, was told 'not a problem' arrived and after waiting 40 mins was told would be another 40 mins wait!!!! Rude and unapologetic!! shop full yet no atmosphere, silent and has the feel of a conveyor belt/sweat shop.
First visit was very happy with my nails
I've had my nails done 3 times in this country and the first 2 times I left frustrated and embarrassed and I took the nails off straight away. I went to coco nails yesterday and I FINALLY found the place to which I'll give my business. Nails were straight, not sideways or sticking straight up. The varnish is nice. The staff were straight to the point, they got my nails done and I was out in 45 minutes.
Was seated right away and got a full set shellac nails with holographic polish. First time getting my nails done. They were very fast and precise beautifully shaped my nails into the classic stiletto points. Affordable service, will be returning when I have another event to attend.
Booked an appointment for pedicure and full set acrylics for myself as a birthday treat and booked shellac on toes and manicure for my mum. Pedicure £25 = my feet had only soaked for 30 seconds before hard skin started being removed, nothing was done with my toe nails the black nail varnish that was meant to be removed wasn’t removed properly either and after my feet were sore underneath. Acrylics £23 = asked for them be short square with glitter varnish. Had to asked repeatedly to keep reshaping nails into a square. Shellac on toes £20 = just toe nails painted and nothing else. Manicure £15 = hands soaked, nails buffed and hand cream. After nearly spending 100 I will never use Coco nails again. And to top it off they told me my nails were dry and by the time I got in the car the nail varnish had smudged as wasn’t dry underneath. Rushed, did not really care or could be bothered with you as a customer just bothered about clients waiting... money money money!! Why have a booking facility if you don’t have the staff or time! Spoiled my day, wasted my time and money! Never again!
