Had an MOT today and I have asked the guy at the front specifically to give me a call in case that “possibly” my car will have an advisory and he said “yes”. Have my car since 2015 and I always kept it in brilliant condition even the MOT with no fail or advisory. Guess what…they didn’t even bother to call me. If you cannot let your customers know for such a simple thing then I cannot recommend you at all. Again…I didn’t request a pass without an advisory just a phone call.
I took my car for an MOT. Unfortunately it failed miserably. The people at Fullcustom were brilliant. They did everything to get it past the MOT, they told me there were a few other things wrong, but left it to me to decide if I wanted to get that fixed. I can't fault them. They even gave me some extra advice, which I thought was very kind. I 100% recommend them.
Excellent job fitting a clutch master cylinder on my Ford kuga which I know is an awkward one. Dropped off at 8:30 and collected at 4:30, charged as quoted of which I think is quite reasonable. I will certainly recommend and use them again. Many thanks to all involved.
Dropped my car off at full custom 8.30am. They called me back at 2pm,my car was ready to collect. New clutch fitted.
Just had my clutch done on my car by Full Custom . It took a couple of days to get the clutch but to be fair which at the moment life seems to be taking a lot longer to get things. The job was carried out well and to a good standard of workmanship ,the new clutch as you would expect is smooth . The lads at Full Custom are always friendly and helpfull which is why i have returned to this garage. Many thanks

A bit late in posting as only just got a Google account but I used Full Custom in August 2018. My Corsa would not go into reverse gear and I feared a horrendous bill. I used Full Custom on a recommendation from an old work colleague and was not disappointed. Dropped the car off on the Saturday morning and it was ready by 3.00 on the Monday afternoon. Done with the minimum of fuss and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended by me for an excellent service.
