   Took my camper in today with a possible faulty dynamo. Although they were short-staffed, the car was checked it out. They found a weak battery & some possible electrical faults so suggested an auto electrician. There was *no charge* for the checking/diagnostic - and no attempt to sell me a new battery. It would've been easy to do so 'for the sake of it', so I recommend their honesty and the omission of even a small fee for checking. A few months ago they fixed my exhaust quick and for a reasonable price. Definitely a keeper!

   We broke down right around the corner from this place. Managed to limp the car to the garage. We asked them to look at the car to find the issue to which they responded to almost immediately. Within 2 hours we were on our way with new parts ordered and fitted. They saved us a lot of trouble and they were extremely friendly. Highly recommended for fast, friendly, reliable and efficient service. Thanks lads

   Awful, told me a price for my service and when i went to pay they charged me a different price. Questioned it and he said he’ll just take it off my brake pads as i needed those done instead of charging me the original amount. Never going back.

   After needing two tyres and tracking done today , went to Pontypool branch , thankfully did job only to find out when returning home two out of four wheel trims were missing . Contacted Mark immediately who told me they really should be cable tied on ! Explained that he or his apprentice didn’t attach wheel trims properly! My wheel trims were black metal , not cheap plastic ones that I was given as a goodwill gesture!! This was not my fault and didn’t appreciate being told Mark would buy these for me out of his own pocket £36 !!! Utter rubbish , £15/20 tops . Will ever use again !! Apology for his negligence would have been appreciated. Shocking is a very polite response for myself!!
