   Absolutely brilliant service from Saj and Arif at SJ Concepts! From start to finish they listened to what I wanted and recommended accordingly! They fitted new head unit, door speakers, under seat subwoofer and reverse camera. I've used SJ Concepts for every vehicle I've owned and have never been let down. Honestly wouldn't use anybody else for audio for my vehicles! Easily the best in the business. Thank you very much Saj and Arif!

   Purchased a Kenwood stereo, camera and a few other bits and pieces from SJ Concepts at one of the shows. We decided to fit the stereo ourselves. Sounded easy enough, take one out put one in, trail some wires! How difficult could it be?? We managed to fit the majority of the items without too much of a problem but we just couldn’t fathom out how to complete the steering controls. I contacted SJ Concepts via email and had a few conversations and managed to get a little further. In the end we decided that it would be easier if we took the van down to have the last few cables added to the back of the stereo. Booked in for 10am, the fellas were amazing, friendly and helpful. Everything was completed in an hour! Can’t recommend this company enough.

   SJ Concepts recently supplied and fitted an OEM CarPlay unit and a reversing camera to my daughter’s VW Polo and the service and customer care I received was faultless from start to finish! They even sorted out an electrical issue the car was having…I asked them for a 2nd opinion as I had an estimate from another garage which was extortionate for a replacement computer…SJ Concepts sorted out the issue with an update without replacing anything! A very honest and trustworthy company which I will be using again…

   I took my car in for a quick diagnosis of lights that flashed up on the dashboard... The staff was very polite and friendly... I left the car behind to sort out the problem but there were more than one and the way it was handled and advised was very professional and spot on... Before the work was carried out the fact that I was notified made me very comfortable and confident enough that the job and the customer service is very well looked after... Thanks guys for the first class service... Definitely will use them again and highly recommended...

   I've gone to SJ concepts multiples times to move my subwoofer and amp from car to car, they've always done a very professional and clean job with no problems. Last week they soundproofed my doors and installed new speakers with an excellent job. Saj is very friendly, and I highly recommend.

He fitted me in quickly and I’m really pleased with the quality and workmanship. Saj’s customer service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble.
