   First time having feet done, to confirm they was soft already, just wanted a freshen up for my holiday but it was so rough he cut my foot with a stone and now it’s sore and stinging in 2 places, didn’t apologise or offer any discount, just paid in full but my foot got worse stinging swollen and sore, the Massarge chairs was good

   my nails were rushed & one of my nails was cut shorter than the rest & it looks so stupid. They are quick to sit down every customer that walks in giving them a '15 minute' wait time but are rushing the customers that are already getting their nails done. The whole experience was uncomfortable, I had a customer literally stood behind my chair watching over & asking the nail technician questions about the nails she wanted to get done, when she should have just waited for her turn. Don't come here if you want your nails done professionally & to the standard you expect.

   I’ve been going to Angela Nails in Bradford for the past six months, and I can confidently say she is the best nail technician in the whole of Bradford! Every single visit has been an amazing experience — Angela and her wonderful staff are not only incredibly talented, but also so kind, professional, and detail-oriented. My nails always come out looking flawless, and they last so well between appointments. I constantly get compliments on my nails thanks to her amazing work. The salon is clean, welcoming, and relaxing, and Angela and her staff always make sure I’m 100% happy before I leave. I wouldn’t go anywhere else — I highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful nails and top-quality service. Thank you, Angela, for always making my nails look perfect!

   During my visit, I was attended to by a male nail technician whose behavior and skills were below acceptable standards. Not only was he rude and unprofessional, but he also caused me discomfort by cutting my finger during the nail filing process. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the manner in which he handled the situation was entirely unacceptable. Instead of addressing the issue, he continued to shake his head in frustration, which only added to my discomfort. Furthermore, the quality of the nails I received was far from satisfactory. The nails were excessively bulky and poorly filed, which was not what I requested. I specifically asked for short nails, but rather than accommodating my request, the technician sighed and muttered under his breath, making me feel unwelcome and disregarded as a customer. As someone who values good service and professionalism, this experience was disheartening. I believe every client deserves to be treated with respect and to receive quality service, and unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit.

   Got my nails done a few weeks ago, the guy who did it cut me twice!! After 2 weeks my nails underneath were hurting so much and my thumb was so sore like someone had put a splinter down it! I removed my nails my self using acetone and gently filed it off. My nails are weak and sore! My thumb has a fungus infection!! DO YOU EVEN CLEAN THE NAIL EQUIPMENT! Never going here again!

   Very slow service and rude staff. I just wanted my nails painted and I was kept waiting for a very long time. Customers that arrived after me were served before me, when I queried this, the nail lady said that I have to wait as I only want painted nails (didn’t make sense). I had to ask quite a few times to be seen and eventually was ready to leave as I’d already been waiting nearly 2 hours. I told them that my parking ticket was due to expire. Only then did the nail lady quickly start to paint my nails in a rush. Won’t be using this salon again nor will I recommend to anyone!

   Did my nails on Friday, 4 days later they look like cheap stick on nails. Sides flooded, shape different for every nail, same as length. I asked to file them more, to make them look the same, asked to file off the flooded sides, but still looks like this. In the end just couldn’t be bothered anymore with asking to fix them. It shouldn’t be my job. And paid £30. Definitely not going back. This place has gone down the hill
