   Absolute shambles. Had mot and service booked on the 28th To be called the evening before to say they couldn't do it due to a machine broke down . So booked with another company to get mot done. Then get a phone call 2 days later from halfords to say I can reschedule for the 30th, which meant mot was a day out. For them to call again evening before again to cancel. Now left with no mot .

   A massive thank you to Jordan who fixed an issue that mobile mechanics did even though he was short on time - I was so grateful!!. And also thank you to Wayne on the front desk who was great and really helpful. Had my mot here and it was fast and efficient and they did it all while i waited.

   The work carried out on my car is very good. James was the customer point of contact. He was very polite, professional and fully understood my requirements. I asked him what brand brake discs and pads were fitted to my car and he was very helpful in showing me on his computer screen. I am a very happy customer!    I was at Halford Autocentre for checking my car errors massage coming on my dashboard. Friendly customer service, especially Chirs thank you . They give me alot of options so it cuts the cost down on my MOT and they could check your car free of charge twice a year or before you buy. I'll recommend Halford Autocentre in Weston-super-Mare to for your car service.

   Great service, coffee whilst I waited, would have given 5 stars but they under inflated the new tyres, 28 psi when they needed 34, was told the tyre pressure monitor light would go out in about 5 miles! Top them up myself when I got home...

   Really impressed - had 2 full sets of tyres done here (because they had the best deal on at the time). Took the time to not only torque to wheel nuts rather than just weld them on with the airgun, but actually had a 2nd person double check each wheel. Only the car whith steel wheels they even cabletied the wheel trims on even though they hadn't been done before. Pleasant, honest and friendly staff - huge improvement from the manager who was there a few years ago thay openly lied and cheated customers - now I couldn't fault them and we'll definitely be going back.

   I found Halfords, at Locking Rd, Weston- Super- Mare to be very friendly and professional. Chris the tyre fitter had a difficult time trying to drive my classic Mini Cooper into the workshop to do the job. It was hilarious! He is over 6 ft tall! I offered to drive my car into the workshop but was advised that I wasn’t insured to do this. They were more concerned for my safety. I was very impressed! Chris helped into the reception area due to my disability. It was a very hot day and seated myself in the reception room. Wayne, the other member of staff, chatted away to me while I waited for Chris to finish fitting the tyres.. It was a very warm, friendly environment and I felt very safe! Chris did an excellent job and I am very happy! I’m glad I chose Halfords and I would definitely recommend Halfords to my family and friends. Thank you Halfords.
