   went to this place 3 days ago whilst seeing some family. i tried to ask the lady for my design first too see the price completely got ignored, then asked the price and got told 2 different prices. i loved my nails for the first two days until they have started peeling and chipping. i have then contacted them via instagram to be told no refunds and “do what i want”

   Was nice and friendly when me and my friend came in she thought it was a great place and would go back again , we sat waiting for 20 mins and then got asked to sit on another seat then had to wait another 20 minutes making me wait 40 minutes to even start my nails I would have understood if the place was busy but there was around 6 people in there , one woman left as she had to wait so long , the owner that assisted me and my friend was very nice to us two but to others not so much , one lady asked for a colour or a shape I think she mentioned cat eye ? She said politely that the colour they had put on wasn't the one she had asked for the man replied ' can't change it now ' and began to argue with her and shouted which could have scared younger people or even her , so so rude and didn't agree with the situation, the woman thought there is no point in even trying to explain so she just kept saying okay and he carried on trying to argue , I went in with a good feeling as he seemed friendly when I saw how he spoke to that customer I instantly regretted going there , he was nice to us but I got very weird vibes of this guy , it took even longer for my nails as the owner decided mid way through my nails to go for a cigarette , appart from that the nails are okay but no one should feel that uncomfortable in a place of service that they aren't confident enough to say what they dislike about their own nails that they pay for without being shouted at or try argue with you ? I'd also say he rushed my nails quite a lot and missed out a few steps and smaller parts on my nails are messy also left nail polish all over my finger and thumb. Personally I wouldn't go back , not because of the nails but because of the people that work there .

   Before I even started the guy did not want to do my nails, he cut off months worth of growth. I asked for a specific nail colour on my natural nails and they were getting mad and sarcastic because I want to grow my nails, if you cannot cater for customers then you shouldn’t be running or at least tell me in advance that you do not offer the service I require. They had terrible service and started ignoring me and being aggressive with the treatment. One guy stated scoffing a banana in my face so I just paid for my soak off and whatever he had done to my nails and left.

   First time I’ve been to this salon, hadn’t read reviews etc but I had an extremely pleasant service & the perfect outcome of exactly what I asked for. Only a couple other customers in on a Tuesday afternoon so straight away was seen to, the woman was keen to ask me if everything was okay with the shape / colour / design etc. £32 for the full set of acrylics with the small design which I think is pretty standard. Great attention to detail and the process wasn’t rushed at all.

   Ruby is fantastic, she always does good long lasting acrylics and is gentle too. I would not recommend any of the male technicians as I am in pain when the e drill is used, and I have also had my cuticles cut and bleed. The 2 occasions I used the other techs, the acrylics were not as good quality and didn't last as long. Its Ruby that keeps me coming back here, and I tip her very well each time !

   i am very disappointed in this nail salon, i read the reviews and they seemed very good so i decided to try it out while i was in the area. my experience was very disappointing as i was charged an extra £10 for two broken nails to be redone and my cuticle area has been left broken and cut. while my nails were being filed, it was that aggressive that my skin on nearly every finger has been filed down to the point where it bled. it cost me £50 for white tip nails. extremely disappointed would absolutely not recommend.

   Amazing place and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Ken the owner is great always does my nails exactly how I want he is just excellent at doing nails and so are the other staff at the salon. Highly recommend if you want your nails doing .

   First of all, it's dirty. The tools are dirty, the machines are dirty. They rush people through like cattle. Absolutely zero care. They did zero work on my cuticles and didn't clean under my nails at all. The paint job was acceptable but I probably could've done better myself. Really wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The bright red sofas should've been a giveaway to how bad this place is.
