   when i went to get my nails done with my mates they cut one of their fingers open, got acrylic all over her finger, missed the design inspiration by a lot and forgot to put top coat on a finger however mine was good but i had a different nail tech

   i’ve had my nails done here multiple times and been alright, but the last time i had my nails done they all fell of after a week when i contacted them about this they couldn’t do anything to help me as i didn’t come in soon enough. i said i either want a refund or a new set, and they replied if someone went to a festival or went on holiday and broke their nails then they wouldn’t repair it for them. what is that to do with me!!!!! they tried to accuse me of taking them off myself, why would i pay £43 for a set of nails just to peel them off myself? they then began to get rude. i would not recommend here as they don’t have a very polite customer service and can get very rude. they offered me a 50% discount on a new set which i didn’t think was fair to pay for if id just paid £43 for a crappy set. they gave me the chance to go in for the brokern ones to be fixed, but as all the nails lifted it would’ve been a matter of time before they all came off so i didn’t see a point. i asked politely for a refund or new set and they became very defensive. like i said, never had a problem until today.

   Popped in on a Saturday morning for a pedicure and manicure. Staff are super friendly, helpful and kind. Offered drink and felt really comfortable. Salon is really clean and all equipment well looked after. Daughter had full acrylics and was super happy with them. Highly recommend if your in Halifax.
