   I love the beauty barn. I visit here regularly and it is always a wonderful experience. I tend to book with the same few therapists and they know what my areas of concern are which is helpful. I have also had facials and other treatments over the past year and I would definitely recommend. It is a lovely small business feels very cosy and luxurious

   Matilda and Hannah were so lovely! Had a wonderful experience for my first ever massage and facial, I felt totally at ease and was really impressed with the quality products and the location. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back

   Review based on my experience in July. My partner booked a spa day for my birthday, just the 2 of us. The massages were the best bit fo the day 10/10, no issues at all and we arrived back feeling relaxed. But not long after we returned for our afternoon tea, we were over run with wasps all over our food. And i mean, OVER RUN. The lady who assisted our spa day was shocked and apologised (she was lovely and did her best to get rid of them). We ended up grabbing what little bits we could (scone and carrot cake, we didnt get to touch anything savoury) and we ate them on the sofa in the entrance. Not the nicest way to end after a massage, we went from relaxed to high alert. Obviously wasps arent anyones fault, but we were told that the manager would be in contact but they never did. It didn't feel like we actually got our full moneys worth as we lost 45 minutes of our overall time and didnt get our afternoon tea (£300 for both of us for 3hrs). On top of that, we were lead to believe we had full exclusive access (i.e. no one else other than staff would be around), when actually its just private use of the garden. The robes are also incredibly small, as a size 18/20 my XL robe barely covered me and i felt very self concious as we passed others as we made our way inside for our treatments. We also couldnt really use the hut as it was so hot inside - there was a heater on, aswell as hot water bottles and blankets in July. I love the cosy vibe idea but for July it didnt make sense. A lot of money for just an okay experience. Ive been to the beauty barn a few times for treatments, but i must admit, since then i've not really felt an urge to go back. If someone had reached out as we were told they would, even just for feedback, i think we would feel a little less sour about it all. Sorry, i really hate to be negative about small businesses and its why i havent left a review until now, but its still stuck with me 4 months later.

   I booked the 2 hour refresh & revive package for my wife and she really enjoyed it and came back feeling relaxed and refreshed! She especially enjoyed the quiet & private atmosphere as opposed to a sort of commercial or well known setting. A hidden gem and most definitely worth a visit!

   If only I could give it 10 stars absolutely fantastic experience we had here at the Beauty Barn. A spa day for 2 with hot tub use afternoon tea and a hour treatment. Mel and Natalie were lovely both so relaxing and comfortable to be around. My god the massage was amazing so much care and attention towards the treatment. Overall beautiful little hidden gem food was delicious, bottomless drinks. Can't wait to book again.

   I went to Beauty Barn as a gift from my partner and had brilliant time. Mel was really welcoming and was with me for all 3 of my treatments. I had gel manicure, a facial, and a hot stone 1 hour massage. The barn itself has a really nice and relaxed atmosphere. My nails look great and Mel was nice to chat to while I had them done. After I had the massage and facial, both were amazing and relaxing. I will be going again and I'll definitely be getting treatments as gifts as well, I can see why they have so many 5 star reviews.

   Had an amazing spa day at The Beauty Barn! Just a perfect way to completely unwind - your own private spa day. Mel looked after us so well with brilliant treatments, friendly service and delicious afternoon tea. Would highly recommend The Beauty Barn to anyone wanting a day to relax and be pampered and I will definitely be back! Thank you Mel!
