   I have been going to this salon for just a while as its on my way to work and in a convenient location. I used to go for waxing of legs/arms and later on face. I am not one to leave reviews but here is what my experience was.. The owner is rude beyond belief and her practices are not fit for purpose in a salon. She will wax my face, leave the wax on, not go over it to take extra wax off which is standard everywhere else, at the end of waxing she picks up her thread for only about 3 seconds and doesn't bother going over any missed hair, then she points to the after wax cream , you're supposed to take any extra wax off yourself and apply the cream yourself and then dispose of the cotton wool yourself, so you do the best you can whilst she goes to her desk and goes on her phone without even looking up. No mirror is offered. She then doesn't tell you how much you have spent, asks you to put your card against her machine and then goes back on her phone as you make your way out. I then go to work with sticky wax all over my face, the next day I wake up with angry huge red spots everywhere she has waxed which then scar, some are on my eyelids where the wax has dripped and she hasn't bothered to get rid of it. This is my honest experience. I have heard her offer injectables to other customers and I am amazed that anyone would allow this woman to inject their face when there are qualified doctors and dentists in Oadby who now do it. This industry needs to be regulated. The really bad service just isn't worth the convenience.

   I was recommended this beauty salon by one of friends who been there. I went in on her words but was really disappointed when went in. The customer service was really bad and the therapist where not really helpful instead they fought among themselves. I will never go in there ever again and will tell my friends as well about how unpleasant the environment was.

   Very good staff always take care of me and listen carefully to what I need doing. All rounder do waxing,threading, laser and facials. Facials I highly recommend if you suffer from blackheads or a lot pimples. Can’t recommend this place enough as there are a few on evington road but recommend this one.

   I have been coming here for years. The staff are so friendly, the service is so fast and the price is extremely reasonable. They are very flexible on times. I always go for a half leg wax and eye brow shaping. Highly recommend!!
