I had a wonderful experience at R's beauty parlour! Rehana was lovely, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease and I left feeling refreshed. Highly recommend!
Absolutely terrible service from the lady who did my eyebrows. At first I was hesitant in coming here due to the salon being unknown and empty all the time which is a red flag in itself, but I still visited and now I really wish I hadn't. The lady made me wait over the scheduled time and then finally attended to me. She doesn't know how to thread eyebrows, it was not only extremely painful but it wasn't also how I wanted it done and I let her know this, but she did nothing to amend it. To make matters worse she has now put gel on my eyebrows TWICE without my permission!! The seating is also uncomfortable. It is highly unprofessional to rush a customer and attend to another customer!! The lady rushed me and did not even let me finish removing the eyebrow hair that she left on my face, she instead questioned me on how long I will take which is very rude. Other salons have never treated me this badly. I also found her to be argumentative in front of other customers. She scheduled a few customers all at the same time which is ridiculous when there is no other staff members working there. This is bad management! Absolutely appalling service from her, I will never return back and will instead go to a professional salon who know what they are doing.

The lady was extremely nice to talk to and did an amazing job. Amazing service provided, she takes her time to do her job, she does wonderful on waxing. Also provides a quick appointment.
The lady was really nice to talk to and did a wonderful job of what we asked for. great service, she took her time with the process. She also gives care advice accordingly towards our skin type and what would be beneficial.

Very professional, hygienic. She gives proper time for each process without rushing. Salon itself very clean place. She explains in detail how the process is going to be and also gives after care advice accordingly our skin type.
