   I've been going to Leala for years now and I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails! I started my BIAB journey with her and it's been going strong ever since - my nails have never looked better. She's not only incredibly skilled at what she does, but also such a lovely person. Leala always makes you feel comfortable and welcomed, and her attention to detail is unmatched. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and professional nail tech who truly cares about her clients!

   I have been going here for a few months now and Leala is the best nail tech I have ever had! She is so kind, down to earth and an all round amazing girl who made me feel at ease straight away when stepping through the door. Her prices are great, he attention to detail when she does my nails are amazing and I always reccomend her to people because she is THAT GOOD!

   The lady who does eye brows is good. My eye brows are nice and neat. She did my waxing today....a little disappointed that my full bikini line wasn't done though? I had booked in my for nails literally a month ago to be done today. I was told by the nail tec that my nails are too thin and she can do gel polish only and not bulider gel. The reasons she gave me made sense however upon reflection and speaking with my husband the decision is mine and that the owners would be on me. I feel extremely disappointed as I paid a lot of money to them and also having no nails done a day before I go on holiday. I explained this to them but no she still refused to do what I wanted which was to use builder gel. Sadly I have no faith in this place what so ever so I wont be returning now. Its a shame turning customers away having paid a deposit....so basically the nail tec made money for not doing what i wanted other then trimming my nails and shaping.

   I visited Alpha Beauty Lounge last week for a full pamper day… I pre-booked my brows for a Tint & Shape followed by full head of highlights, root smudge, toner, wash, cut and blow dry… I was in the salon for a full day and honestly had a lovely time whilst being pampered by Priti and Rhianna. My eye brows are perfectly shaped and my hair colour is the best colour I’ve ever had. I couldn’t recommend Alpha Beauty Lounge enough! Thank you so much girls, I will definitely be coming back.    I had a great experience getting my haircut by Emma. I was a bit nervous considering the state my hair was in but Emma has zero judgements and did an amazing job restoring my hair to life with a cut and olaplex treatment. Service was great and I will definitely be back again.
