Carl was spot on with getting me booked in quick. Positive attitude and great knowledge. The whole team did really well getting me back on the road as quickly as possible.
Didn’t actually use the garage but went in with an engine rumble, explained that it’s still under warranty but the trader is playing up. The mechanic diagnosed the issue almost right away. Explained what to say and suggested what steps to take to make sure I didn’t get ripped off by the trader. All of this was free of charge.

Did a water pump and clutch replacement on what is a horrible car to work on , a mini cooper s and did it with no fuss and competently , would recommend totally.
Been there for MOT , as I saw some review saying they will overcharge you if not British , as you can see I am not, and I have not been overcharged, yes it is a small Garage but are you going to sit there and wait instead going for a walk to the shops until the guys finishes work on your car? Obviously everyone was busy so I was not expecting a chat with the guys, as a result 5 stars well deserved they are doing their work and well , THANK YOU GUYS you are AMAZING.
So i picked this garage just for an MOT because i was desperate.. Upon reading previous reviews regarding customer service - i can see what they mean.. They all seemed wore out/miserable either way made us feel like we were delaying them from going home or something.. When i arrived they all looked at me as if i had 2 heads, and when i said i was here for an MOT, initially they didn't seem to know... Eventually when there was space in the very tight/snug garage i drove it in on to the ramp... and then it sat there for a further 25mins.. No one seemed to have any haste about them.. everything seemed to go in slow-motion whilst we were there waiting.. There was no proper viewing area to watch your MOT, i just had to perch out of the door where there was an office, and some chairs in a very cramped area.. Making it abit awkward every time some was entering or leaving.. Probably won't return as i have my usual garage (they were just busy on this occasion)
Once again excellent service by Weston Auto. An emergency was dealt with promptly and we were back on the road. The staff are always approachable and helpful. Thanks to Ray for his helpful advice and assistance. Nothing is too much trouble and always efficient and safety a priority. Would highly recommend for repairs, servicing and MOT. M&J Kift. 3
