   I have to say from the moment I took my car in for repair both Dee and Lorna were more than helpful. As an insurance job I was not to happy being restricted with a hire car for work which restricted me on a number of points. Putting aside the late delivery of parts the lads worked hard to get my car back to me ASAP and being a little impatient I did phone a few times for an update. The manager, the staff it was a pleasure to go in as everybody just kept smiling.

   Not quite got my car back due to it being hit outside my flat , fix auto didn’t deal with the insurance company but I called and they took my car thanks the amazing Lorna my car is in the process of repair I so grateful to these guys and I know my car is in excellent first class hands and will return brand new .    This repair centre is very good, I am a very fussy customer yet they have pleased me. I have had a insurance repair done here and then a warranty problem is now being sorted by this centre as the lady in rhe service dept at Howard’s Hyundai couldn’t be bother to want to help and washed her hands of this problem. But the team at auto fix have come to the rescue and said they will sort it. Even though I wasn’t their customer so to speak so a big up to the team here. When the general manager I think her name is Lorna, she came out with an umbrella to keep me dry as I was getting wet while explaining the problem to the workshop manager. I hope the bigger boss sees this.
