Very impressed with this company . Fantastic communication before the day and on the day . Picked up on time and Zslot was very professional and suitably chatty . Lifted our cases in and out both ends of the journey . Even asked us if the temperature in his vehicle was right for us . We will definitely use this company again and would recommend.
Very prompt and courteous. We were going to and from a funeral, and were not from this area. The booking staff were extremely helpful, and the drivers incredibly friendly. I would 100% recommend this firm. An excellent service!
Great communication regarding organising the transport and follow-up to let us know what was happening with our driver. Driver arrived promptly and efficiently, he found us with ease (others haven’t managed the same task). Comfortable vehicle for six of us. On pick up from our restaurant venue later he was prompt having mentioned that he might be slightly delayed but in the event he was slightly early which was welcome and then dropped us off safely at our home home. First class, thank you.
We've used this service several times now, and they've consistently proved to be reliable, friendly and reasonably priced. Communication between driver and customer is first class, as you always know where the car is in relation to pick up points, and can get in touch with the driver directly. This is very reassuring for airport transfers. The vehicles have always been top quality in every way. We'll be delighted to use GoCars again in the future. Well done GoCars!
Great service. Super easy to make my booking online. Really helpful and polite staff on the phone whenever I've had a query. Had text updates ahead of the journey. Fantastic service and communication throughout. Nathan our driver must have the patience of a saint as our luggage was delayed at Bristol for what seemed an eternity. Still I text him, apologised , he was so cool and laid back, bare in mind this was 3.15am. He’s a credit to the company. Can certainly recommend this company they are with you every step of the way
Really easy to book and very effective communication. I received booking confirmation text, a text when the car was on its way and a text when it had arrived. My daughter said the driver was lovely. Having just read the 1 star review i want to add, I am definitely not family or a friend! This is the first time I have booked after seeing on Facebook and it is a genuine review of my experience.
