Completely ruined my eyebrows. I’ve been getting my eyebrows done for 20 years and no one has completely waxed off my eyebrow arch without asking me. Absolutely awful and no compensation or apology

Had my eyebrows waxed yesterday at flannels in fosse park, for the first time after having cancer treatment can honestly say the lady did an amazing job and made me feel amazing. She sorted my brows out and did me some make up i really felt good. Would definitely recommend. Thank you :)
Service was fast, easy to understand the process, Rebecca was really lovely and she’s calm in nature so it was a professional service. I had eyebrow wax and tint; wax was warm and smooth, cloth strips were more gentle than what I’ve experienced before and the redness had gone by 1.5 hours which is faster than I’ve experienced before too. Deals were explained, product deals were shown and explained too, sounds like a great deal when booking in multiple sessions so I’m likely to return!
Rebecca at the Leicester Fosse park store, waxed and tints my brows for me today, as well as helping me pick some new products out. She made the whole process comfortable as I usually find eyebrow waxing makes my eyes water! But not one year today, best eyebrow wax I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend
