   I had a keratin treatment done recently and I’m so happy with the results! My hair has gone from a frizzy, unmanageable mess to smooth, straight and so much easier to handle day-to-day. It feels healthier, looks sleeker, and I don’t have to spend ages styling it anymore. Definitely worth it—would recommend to anyone struggling with frizz or wanting more manageable hair.

   I booked for waxing full arms underarm and full leg. I was taken in the back room and told to lay on the bed which was covered by plastic sheets which was sticky. Two ladies started my waxing the lady that did my legs was ever so wonderful but the girl that did my arms was very lazy to even hold back and pull the strips of wax. I had to show her how to do it. She was so careless when waxing that both my arms were badly bruised and bleeding. I had to tell her to stop. There was nothing to put on the bruising. I complained to the owner and she said was we're sorry. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. Bloody useless they are. Never again. I don't even give them one star.

   I went to this parlour, I will say that few of the staff are friendly but the staff that did my waxing, she was extremely unfriendly as if she did not even want to do her job. I have several patches of hair on my arms and legs. However, the waxing room is very dark so you cannot even see the imperfections until after you PAY the ridiculous amount of £35 for the waxing. Additionally, I had my eyebrows threaded there, I asked for a natural look but they completely made my eyebrows uneven. I would NOT recommend going there when there’s other beauty parlours in Leicester that do the same amount of work with ‘quality’ for a much cheaper price and better results.

   I had full face wax and eyebrows done, lady that works there was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Prices are very reasonable and the place was clean. I was hesitant to try because of the reviews - I can't see where the bad reviews have come from as I had an overall great experience here :)

   I went here to get my eyebrows done. Ladies were rude. The lady who did my eyebrows her hands were smelling with curry which was making me sick. The lady on reception was interfering with my kids which I completely didn’t like it and had to tell her to mind her own business. As per review that’s true she were talking about other customers which was bad and unprofessional. Completely rubbish beauty saloon. I would not recommend this to anyone. eyebrows forehead upper lip she charged me £5 for threading only and it’s expensive too. Not going here again ever.
