Huge thank you to Steve and his staff for repairing my daughter's car. Extremely swift and efficient work. Highly recommend this garage to anyone and I would definitely use again if needed. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! The way they treat customers and their cars is disgusting. Car was here for 5 months and they didn't look at it once. All I had from Steve was excuse after excuse. "I've done this pipe but another one's gone now, this sensor's gone, it's this, it's that". I pass the garage daily and I could see the car hadn't moved once in 5 months. They still had the audacity to tell me they'd been working on it. In the end I had to go over one evening and take the car back from them, it was an absolute mess. Dirt, cobwebs and bird muck all over it. Window left open slightly and rainwater pooled in the floor. Rolling paper in the door handle where someone had leant against it smoking. Dead battery and flat tyre. Rubbish piled up in front of it blocking it in. They didn't even ask where the car had gone - it could've been nicked for all they knew. I took it to another mechanic that actually fixes cars. One part needed replacing, paid £120 and it was done within 24 hours. Absolute cowboys. I can't wait until the day they go bust.
Is the first time in 7 years I rate steave coleman garage. I am a foreign man, I didnt know steave at all. I find out about his garage online, then I pop down for a qoute, then since then I was using is garage all the time until today. I have to say that he never let me down. He always get the best price, he always try is best to help you if you breakdown. He always answer the phone when I ring him. Even when the garage already close. Never had any problem with the repairs he has done on my cars. When I need a mot or any other kind of services, just ring him and he sort every thing for me. If you need a mecanical, he is the best one. Is a very knowledgeable person. I am talking about my experience with this garage for 7 years that's a long time. The outcome always been the same. No more better evedince than my to show how better this guys are Steave and his son Louis. Thanks you both for the outstanding services. I recomend this garage to every one, special new customers which dont know where to go. Is a friendly and trusted person
Awful experience with this garage. They are the most unprofessional bunch of cowboys I've encountered in my life! 3 months they had my car to do an engine change. In the end had to get the car towed to another garage to carry out the work. No communication from the garage, they would ignore phone calls, constantly fobbing us off with excuses and lies. They took the front end of my car off and left it open to the elements uncovered for 2 weeks leading to the interior becoming covered in mould! The front panel/ bumper and head lights they look off the car was just thrown on the back seats with no protection causing a tear in the upholstery. After 6 weeks of lies and excuses they told us the son would finally be fitting the engine that week, only to find out after turning up at the garage that the wrong one had been delivered (supposedly) Avoid these people at all costs, they will do more damage to your car, not repair it! - I fully believe had I been a male we wouldn't have this issue. Nothing but a bunch of sexist cowboys.
Excellent service given by all mechanics who work at the garage, always helpful and willing to help resolve any mechanical issues with your vehicle. I have used this garage many times and heavily trust the owner and his son/workers. I had a range of issues that needed to be solved and each one was solved quickly and efficiently. Would recommend this garage to anyone.
My car has gone in for a oil change how the h*** has it come out with £3000 that I have to pay to the cowboys that have messed my car up Steve and Louis don't know what they re doing I will be getting trade in standards involved
Avoid at all costs, changed oil and filter and they didn't fit the engine tray it was loose, on top of that the oil it's just everywhere under the car, I'll have to take it to another garage to fix this as I've lost all the oil as well.
The guy I met was helpful but he was closing and I had to fix the issue asap. They are worth a try
Beware!!!! Used this company as it was recommended but what a bad experience they have done a cowboy job paid them £350 for nothing, cost me £1000 to put right from another.garage.
