   A 5 star review does not warrant the experience ive had with Promotive. They deserve a few more. Every step of the process was communicated to me. They are the top of the table for mechanics. The guy who I dealt with was bang on, I just cant say enough about them. You know you are not being ripped off, and your cars being dealt with by professional people. Every department there is professional. Thank you guys, I will be booking back in next year for my mirrors.

   Took my 7 series BMW on the recommendation of a friend . Superb service from John , Paul and the team, had a video showing the problem sent to me and a call from John detailing the itemised bill. All parts genuine BMW and a hell of a lot cheaper than the BMW stealership lol … they’re that good the long served BMW technician has jumped ship and is working for these guys. Highly recommend taking your car to these guys , their workshop is impeccably clean which gives you an indication of their workmanship and the care they bestow on your vehicle… don’t try the rest , just try the best ….    I can’t recommend Promotive in Rogerstone enough! They provided exceptional service for my Mercedes, carrying out a major service and a full ATF fluid service with a torque converter flush. The team went above and beyond, noticing that the ATF fluid was in poor condition and refusing to release the car until they’d thoroughly cleaned the entire system, including the torque converter, to ensure it was perfect. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality are unmatched. Throughout the process, they kept me fully updated on my car’s progress, demonstrating professionalism and care. When I collected my car, I received a detailed report that gave me complete confidence in the work done. The staff were friendly, approachable, and provided a personal touch that made the experience stand out. They even provided me with a courtesy car, and washed and polished my car on collection! Honestly, Promotive’s service surpasses even Mercedes’ main dealership, and at a fraction of the cost!    Let me start from the beginning. Rattling and clanking sound coming from front brake area, but stops when brakes applied. I thought I would go to Merc as they claim exceptional service and Expertise. However they could not fix this and could not even diagnose. I went to a couple of other garages and the problem still present. I was given Promotive as a remedy to the problem. I just wish I had gone earlier. From the first phone call with John and throughout the repair the service was exceptional. Paul accompanied me to hear the sound and kept me updated throughout the entire process, which for someone who knows nothing about cars is so important. After the completion, John showed me the parts and what the problem was for me to get an understanding. I was losing faith before I came here but cannot recommend them enough. Totally professional and thorough and will be using Promotive in the future. Mercedes take note as they are the true professionals.

   Took my vehicle to Promotive with an engine management fault , they diagnosed a faulty camshaft sensor which had supposedly been resolved when I’d first purchased the vehicle from a car sales . The faulty camshaft sensor had allowed oil to seep through it into the wiring harness , resulting in needing 2 new camshaft sensor and a new wiring harness . I contacted the car sales and they refused to help . With the help of the finance company and Promotive I managed to get the problem resolved . I can’t thank the team at Promotive enough they were highly professional and I’d highly recommend them . John and the team were really helpful and as I said above very professional. I’ll definitely be going back for future services etc . Thanks again Promotive.

   Once again, a great service from John, Chris and the Team at Promotive today 26/09/22. I rang at short notice to ask for a check of oil, water, screen wash etc as I was taking my car on a long drive this week. Very accommodating, and fitted me in.    Really good service again for promotive on our Mercedes A Class. The car went in with brakes sensor issue which was immediately diagnosed and resolved. The Team went out of their way ensure that we had the car back ASAP so as not to be inconvenienced since we had a hectic week ahead. Chris, John and Team were impeccable as always.

   The guys at Promotive towed my car to their workshop from another mechanic who was unable to complete the extensive work that was required. They started work and the more they dug the more they found from 15 years of botched and shoddy workmanship from previous repairs. Not only were the parts ordered direct from BMW but the service and customer care were level in not better than what you would expect from BMW themselves. I was kept up to date with everything as it happened by Chris who was a real pleasure to deal with. Got my baby back and she drives like a dream. I highly recommend Promotive on both their workmanship and customer care. You definitely get what you pay for A* Thank you
