Professional hair care with excellent customer service. The girls are so friendly and listen well to what you ask for. Highly recommend.

i’ve been going for years and never had a bad experience, would recommend it to anyone, staff are all lovely, the building is always clean and beautiful and if you decide to give it a try i 100% recommend the free caramel hot chocolate. The whole business is 10/10
Have taken mum here a few times now. Staff are very cheerful, always offered something to drink and their mint bowl at reception is always full. All stylists are very considerate towards my 93 year old mother and take their time with the styling. Not had a haircut myself but would recommend it for care and attention
I love all the ladies at Kalla I’ve been coming to the salon since it first opened and wouldn’t want to get my hair done anywhere else. It’s a friendly atmosphere, with talented stylists and you couldn’t ask for more.
Always really enjoy having my hair done here with Shannon. Professional, friendly staff who give a great service. Great advice and knowledge given about hair care. Really clean facilities too (the loo is really nice). They cater well to you with hot drinks too while you're there for example tea, coffee, fruit tea. Love those coffee biccies!
Lovely hairdresser. They did an updo for me which was absolutely stunning and got a lot of complements. I have naturally curly hair and they were more than happy to work with this rather than alter it with heat which I really valued. It was a lovely salon with friendly staff and was also a great price. Will definitely go back if I need an updo in the area again!

Danielle is lovely and very knowledgeable. She helped me with every step of the appointment, guiding me with understanding and tolerance. She gave up some extra time to talk about future requirements. Also, there are trainees who are helped by all the staff as a general part of the day. A superb, friendly, and safe atmosphere.
This was first visit to Kalla, I was made to feel welcome and Alice listened to what I wanted and checked with me throughout the cut. The results were fantastic! I have booked to go back and have also booked in with the beauty therapist. Thank you x
