I called to ask a price for some wood. The guy I spoke to was quite patronising. The worst thing is someone was shouting down the phone with some disgusting language. Their price is more expensive than the likes of Joseph par who are a much more professional company and I saved money for the same order. These guys are clowns , if you ever get a chance to go in you won’t be able to sit down back in your car with how horrendously dirty the whole yard is.

Expensive than Wickes & stuff cannot return unless u pay 30%. I am not happy too when they supplied timbers ciz their timbers are wet & black maybe they just let the timbers exposed to weather conditions. I would rather order from Wickes or Manningham lumber yards where kingspan is more cheaper than them & u can return without hassles..
Poor service ordered on Friday told delivery Saturday which cost me 10.00 and it never came. Phoned Monday told delivery 11am never came phoned told its on its way. 1pm still no deliver phoned again told its setting off now 14.45 still no delivery. Can we really trust what they tell us on the phone
