I had my appointment with Hannah today. I had cut and blow dry. It was super amazing. Hannah is really friendly and gave good advice on how I can have my hair.. it was really good talking with her. Also it felt so relaxing and good when I had head massage while hair wash. Hannah took good care of my hair. Looking forward to come again. Loved it ❤️❤️
I never normally write reviews but I feel compelled as every single time I get my roots done, Hannah absolutely kills it! (Speaking as an icy blonde). I used to be a “do it myself” box dye girl and when I started coming here last August I was never met with judgment. The salon itself gives family friendly vibes which is hard to come by in a city. As mentioned before, Hannah is fantastic, very professional & knows her stuff. She’s very happy to answer any questions I have about haircare, too and never feels like a salesperson which is what has put me off other stylists in the past. I’ve had a cheesy grin for about 3 days since my last visit over how silky & healthy my hair is now compared to last year, I feel confident and happy with my hair (every visit) - so thought I could pay it forward by writing a review. I have had a lovely experience every single time I come to the salon. Fliss has been my hairdresser since I was very young, she makes me and other customers feel extremely comfortable and welcome! Including that, she is very talented in what she does.
Had my hair cut by Hannah. She didn't seem particularly confident. At the end she told me to style my hair myself, which is never a good sign. When I got home I noticed the fringe was uneven. Worse still the hair on my left was above my ears but on the right it was over my ears. I basically had to do a DIY job to even up the sides and fringe. UPDATE Just got back from my emergency corrective cut at a different hairdressers. They had cut 4cm of length from the right side of my hair to make it match the left side. This means when I left Hannah my hair was 2cm on the left side and 6cm on the right side. Based upon this I would change my review to zero stars.
Super friendly hairdressers, I had my hair cut a month or so ago and the hairdresser was so lovely and told me all about the best treatments for my hair. I came in again to get my fringe cut recently and had just as great a service. Found my new fave hairdressers! :)
Amazing treatment and service! Shane was very lovely and talked me through what he was doing and why and listened to exactly what I wanted done. Definitely recommend!

Had my first appointment with Shane back in May. I'm always a bit nervous when going to a new hairdresser. He was really lovely, chatty and friendly, and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I am really pleased, thankyou Shane. Can't wait for my next appointment
