   Needed some 12.5mm tapered edge plasterboard, 2400 x 1200. I called here , west bowling branch as it was close an convenient, I was in a rush. Just over £15 a sheet, that's £4 more than everyone else. I told the guy it's expensive an asked we're they taking advantage because I didn't have an account? He just muttered about how long it was taking to generate the receipt. The guys in the warehouse/ yard are very friendly and helpful. Next time I'll give it a miss an go to B&Q or anywhere.

   A recent visit for a couple of gaskets for a toilet was 5 times as much as anywhere else. Even the guy serving me agreed they cost a fortune. What a rip off of a place, for everything

   Very rude and condescending staff. No respect for their customers. Gives one price and then later denies giving that price and then charge more while basically calling the customer a liar. Not the first time they have done this. Check other reviews.

   Paid £30 for a product recommended by staff. Called in to buy again a few weeks later and was charged almost £40. I was told it had never been sold at £30 - effectively being called a liar. The product is widely available at other builders merchants in Bradford at £30 or less. I’ll take my business where it’s welcomed in future.

   Amazing staff and great service. The way they have adapted to meet social distancing is spot on. Ordered my goods over the phone booked in my collection time. Met at the gate and my items where already picked and loaded into van, works perfectly.
