   Took my second multi tool titan strimmer ,hedge trimmer back first one wouldn't start or run correctly,second one the clutch started screaming ,bought on 27 /5 /22 , returned on 26/7/22 female staff in crossflats/Bingley were extremely awkward in exchanging it and tried to imply I was doing something wrong with it , I'd used it twice ,I have lots of old titan tools ,these are quite poorly made if you use them more than twice
