   show room is now closed, didn’t find that stated anywhere online before I travelled. They only have one small room of reclaimed wood, some lovely pieces but not what I was looking for.

   Amazing customer service! Contacted Machells recently, 8 years after purchase, for advice on refreshing wooden flooring. Not only did Jaime remember us but very quickly provided all the info we needed and recommended a contractor. Thank you Machells and particularly Jaime for the professional, friendly and super responsive customer service, both then and now. It really does go above and beyond.    Fantastic place, the lads that work there are helpful, polite and approachable, and the best bit, very very reasonable prices. My last visit, what would of easily cost over a hundred, they charged me £16, for 20m of 2by1 Canadian redwood. Above and beyond they went, even cut the wood to the lengths I needed, free of charge, good lads.

   Just called Machells to supply a Threshold Strip, and spoke with a guy called Jamie. Considering that I was only purchasing a small item, I wasn’t really expecting the kind of help that I got - he went out of his way to make sure I would be happy with the strip that I’m buying, and even said that he will match the colour with the flooring that I have down - even though they didn’t supply that flooring. I was told that the strip that I require will be ready in a couple of days! I would definitely recommend this company, I found them to be extremely helpful and accommodating.
