   Very friendly and professional service. From my first contact with the firm through the signing of my will I received excellent advice. I was treated with courtesy and consideration, with close attention paid to my wishes and time given to assess my needs. All communication was clear and timely. At every stage Ms Crighton, who was dealing with my will, explained all aspects and ensured that the will fully reflected my wishes and was 'sound' legally. The 'Rightwill' booklet which gave me the opportunity to express my wishes and thoughts regarding events after my death (kept with my will) is a brilliant idea. I am very happy that my affairs are in the hands of Simpsons.

   Initially chose Simpson Solicitors through the ‘Free Will’ scheme that they engage with, an excellent initiative where they offer free will writing in exchange for a voluntary donation to charities. We were simply looking to update our existing Will, but instead for a reasonable cost went for a joint ‘Trust’ Will. Amy was excellent, patiently explaining all options and opportunities to protect our Estate and inheritance for our loved ones, she was tactful and insightful. What can feel an emotive subject was clearly explained resulting in an easy and positive experience, giving us peace of mind. All staff were very friendly, service so professional and efficient, have recommended Simpson’s and their products to friends.
