what a fantastic job they do with excellent customer service. i had a light on my dash board which was cleared after a reset and they wouldn't even let me pay, i have always been ripped off by garages but prince street motors restored my faith. definitely will be my go to from now on.highly recommended
Awesome experience with this garage. Clutch started going so drove to nearest garage. They quoted £705! Car is only a 09 plate petrol 1.6 Vauxhall Zafira. This garage quoted £400 plus they picked it up from the other garage for me. Car drives as smooth as silk now. Thank you so much for such good, honest advise and service and keeping me up to date with it all. Came in at £396. Definitely would use this garage again, rare to find friendly and honest in the same place.
I've used Prince Street motors several times now and always found their prices reasonable and workmanship and customer service to be fantastic. They've always gone out of their way to keep prices down and combine work to do so and reduce labour costs where possible, and they don't charge stupid amounts for silly little jobs that take five minutes. The owner on one occasion came back when the garage was closed so I could have my car back in time for the weekend because I hadn't been able to get back in time and needed it. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service. Recently moved from Bristol to Newport and the exhaust went on my car. I was recommended to Prince Street motors . Following the work that was carried out on my car, I can say this is going to be the garage that I will use over & over again. The guys are so through in their work.
