   Tool hire staff make threatening remarks because I asked a question 3 times because she didn’t actually answer my question. She got snotty and made a strange threatening remark and then put the phone down on me. I took it up with customer service and the rest of her colleagues backed her lies up by denying any of it happened. I’m glad customer service have closed my credit account - you’ve done me a favour.

   Very disappointing service by the staff at this branch. I deal with many branches of Travis Perkins however this branch are very unhelpful and are rude. I let an incident pass from a couple of weeks ago, however 2 incidents are just not the service we expect from our suppliers.
