   Order placed 22nd December, no goods received, no contact from them since, tried telephoning several times, all with no answer. Multiple emails sent, no replies. I had to call a takeaway over the road who kindly walked over with the phone to be able to speak to someone who informed me the owner had gone to Pakistan and wouldn't be back until the new year. We're now well in to the new year and still nothing. Now getting my money back via my credit card company. Completely useless scammers. Avoid like the plague.

   Extremely happy with the fabulous quality of the kitchen doors I ordered. We were only going to replace one or two damaged doors as a stop gap but when we saw the quality we decided to replace the entire kitchen. The upgrade is marvellous. And the quick delivery and customer service has been second to none.

   Bought some kitchen cupboards. I made a mistake on my order which the shop picked up on, messaged me and corrected for me with no issues. Cupboards turned up and they are brilliant. Thanks for the fast delivery and great product Sorry about the mess on the pics. Doors to be fitted shortly. Update Worktops on the crown diy cupboards and it's all looking good.

   Absolutely fantastic service. I ordered a tube of sealant from this company and didn’t expect it to turn up as fast as it did, It turns out the seller upgraded the postage because of the postage strikes so that I’d receive the order in time. Am glad I ordered from this company and highly recommend using them.

   I have never had such a frustrating experience as the one I’ve recently had attempting to make my purchase successful from Crown DIY. After waiting a week, with no sign of my order, I sent two emails and also rang twice over the space of another three days. I was initially told that it had been dispatched, then later, that a replacement was being sent out as the first one must have got lost. They asked to be contacted if that one should turn up. After a ten day wait a parcel finally arrived. On opening the said parcel the box displayed the correct tap, inside however it was the wrong tap. The hose attachment, shower head and bracket were in the box but the tap was a bath filler not the bath shower mixer tap I had ordered. Now begins another round of frustration trying to get a replacement and the wrong one returned. Should Crown DIY excel at this then I’ll gladly provide a fitting review. UPDATE: I have to hand it to Crown DIY for pulling it out of the bag. After the initial contact about receiving the wrong tap I got a little concerned at not hearing anything further. I needn’t have worried as on Monday morning, after the weekend, a van from Kartell pulled up outside and they personally delivered the correct tap and collected the one sent in error. An excellent five star service.
