   Went in to buy some reduced gardening stock. Such a shame to see it being emptied like it is. Feel sorry for staff, they was there putting probably last of the stock out, condensing stock. Girl on tills still smiling as she served. Hopefully they all find another job soon, unless someone saves it.

   Many rude staff , the self serve tills are rarely open despite it being busy at times forcing people to queue at one manned till it's ridiculous. Dirty store not well stocked zero atmosphere miserable to shop in, brighouse is so much better the wilkos there the staff should take a lead from over there. Also the reduced stock are way to expensive there compared to other Wilko stores.

   Visited last week. I usually go to another store but they didn't have the stock I wanted. I asked 3 ladies but 1 specifically stood out to me and she went and checked in the stock room and found what I asked for as it was not out on the shop floor. It was a big make up vanity set which got reduced. Online it stated they had stock hence my visit. Thank you to the lovely lady.

   Called in for one item wearing my mask.store quite busy with a few customers just wandering about. Long queue for only one checkout until I realised there was a self scan facility. A helpful member of staff helped me do this and I avoided the long checkout queue. OK for me but some older customers were preferring to pay cash hence the long queue. Found the product I wanted at a reasonable price.
