I cannot praise Candyheads enough..my hair was a bit of a mess.infact a big mess, all staff are so friendly and down to earth but very professional. Thankyou everyone and special thanks to Lauren for a brilliant cut and highlights.
My first experience at the salon as was nervous to find somewhere new. But can say my experience was great and will be going again. Thank you Cat for doing a lovely job and making me feel welcome.
Great place to get your hair done and have a good gossip! All the staff are really polite and try to help you in all ways possible.
Have been to this salon a few times and have not had a problem. They are usually so welcoming especially as I have to take my baby with me. I had a colour and cut booked today as I wanted to get my hair done for my brothers wedding this weekend. A lady, Not the owner, called in to cancel as my stylist is poorly, They couldn't fit me in with anyone else and she kept saying she is poorly too. Obviously I'm upset as I now cannot get my hair done and will have terrible hair for the wedding which is exactly what I said to her. She apologised again and I said ok and put the phone down. A few minutes later I called back to ask exactly what was done on my hair last time so that I can find an urgent appointment somewhere else. She then had a go at me for speaking to her out of turn and saying her apology was not accepted and said I was rude. Really I was not... I did not raise my voice, I did not use profanity, I was calm. I was actually stressed and trying not to cry. I am so upset that after my appointment being cancelled I am then accused of being rude to her. She was spoiling for an argument so I hung up. I understand they are sick but there was no need to leave things so sour between us as I would have continued to use this salon. I feel that due to my lack of sympathy for her welness as my priority now was now finding another salon she decided to complain about me.
Amazing service, having not been to a hairdressers for many years they made me feel relaxed welcoming and did an amazing job on my very badly damaged hair. Would definitely recommend
I have not been going to this salon very long. I was fed up of the language and mode of conversation at my last hairdressers. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and such friendliness. I was sat down, offered a drink and my hair and style I wanted was discussed by my lovely hairdresser Cat. She had some good ideas and I felt confident to leave it to her. When finished it was just what I wanted. The salon has a lovely calm and friendly atmosphere. Anyone thinking of changing their hairdresser I would highly recommend you give this one a try.
