It was my first time here today, I had a walk in appointment and only had to wait about 15 minutes. I had a dry cut by Rebecca and she did such a fantastic job. I hadn't been to a hairdressers in years and was a little nervous but she was very friendly and professional. I love my new hair and will definitely be back in the future, thank you!
I don't leave reviews often, but this is one of the worst experiences I have has from a brand. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Went to saloon on the 15/02/2025 to get a haircut, but you have to book on the app and prey they have a slot that day being busy Saturday, I decided to leave it for a weekday. I walk in today to ask if they have a slot, the lady with a customer looks over and says we don't do Gents haircuts this week as lady of leave? Am I only one thinking you walk into get a haircut and they only women's hair or nobody wants to cut hair? I would never recommend this branch and would avoid at all costs. Rude staff member, I hope others are not.
Very happy with my Customer Experiences at Supercuts, Leicester, yesterday, 12/2/25. The Hairdresser was very welcoming and skilled. She did a corrective haircut for me to correct a disastrous haircut I had at little local Salon (NOT Supercuts) where I live in Market Harborough. Thank you Supercuts, you were amazing and I will be returning :)
DO NOT TRUST MEENA AT SUPERCUTS IN LEICESTER NEAR YOUR HAIR WITH A PAIR OF SCISSORS!!! I had my hair cut from the Supercuts branch in Leicester High Cross, by a so called “stylist” named Meena, who has made a COMPLETE mess of my hair leaving me MORTIFIED! When I walked into my appointment, she was nowhere to be seen - it took her 10 minutes to appear from the staff room at the back knowing full well she had a client booked! I asked for long layers and a heavy curtain fringe and showed pictures to make clear what I was asking for! She cut blunt layers and absolutely RUINED my fringe! She did NOT LISTEN to me or achieve the look I showed… instead, she created a hideous monstrosity going against EVERY RULE in the hairdressing book! She did not use her own sense when trying to achieve what I asked for and instead went ahead and cut the ugliest thing I’ve ever witnessed! I have experienced the worst anxiety since and wake up in the middle of the night crying because of what she did! You would think she had something against me and needed hair revenge, that’s how disgusting the end result was! I have cried for days on end and have been absolutely traumatised by this! Meena is a poor hairdresser and claiming she has been cutting hair for 24 years? Which hairdresser would do a poor cut?! They would NEVER want their clients to leave with hair they wouldn’t dream of in themselves!! Meena has ruined my 2021 and I have nightmares thinking about Leicester Supercuts! Don’t ever trust Meena with a pair of scissors near your hair! She WILL ruin it! The salon assistant manager and manager both, were mortified and could not understand how an experienced hairdresser would even accidentally, make such a mistake!!! She cut me an uneven fringe that was extremely short with no blending into the hair! Now I have to live months with this and each day I can’t help but want to cry each time I look in the mirror! How can she sleep at night knowing the disgusting cut she gave a client?!
Friendly hairstylist, offered advice for type of cut as I have problems using my hands. Had a laugh about music tastes. Was pleased with the cut and style.
I got my haircut and colour from Bethany (manager) she took good 2.5 hours and worked so so hard on me! Never have I ever had such neat cut in my life! Best!
My hair was washed and cut by Bethany. She cut my hair just as I wanted it to look. Highly recommended.
Went here to get my partners hair cut ready for our wedding, ended up cutting his hair myself in shop! The girl didn’t even know how to blend and was completely useless….!! And super expensive, even more so as I ended up fixing it myself and getting charged to do so!
I've been having my hair cut here since June and am very happy with the services they provide. I've had a different stylist on each visit and they've all been lovely and talked me through the process giving me all the options.
