Fantastic experience during every visit, all the staff make you feel very welcome and remember your preferences. I would recommend for any treatment whether it is waxing, a manicure or an indulgent spa treatment.
Perfect service from Carlie today. My first appointment since having my little one and Carlie made me feel super welcome and at ease even with my 12 week old I’m tow. Never disappointed when I visit. Thank you for making me feel human again!!
Last lift. My lashes are permed and sticking to my eyelids! they said they just needed hydrating but after days there’s no fixing this. A very expensive treatment for a shocking outcome, they look and feel awful. They don’t answer the phone either. Sadly will not be returning or recommending.
Worst experience I’ve ever had. My skin was burnt and instead of apologises the staff was trying to convince me that the wax was only too warm but not hot. I was in so much pain. Will not go there again and will not recommend it to anyone.
