110% help from Nick today,she saw two elderly people had been waiting an hour for taxi,she came and took us into her warm,Absolutely beautiful,modern salon,that does SO many excellent services and experiences in her Salon. Also helped get a taxi sorted for us both. Thank you again Nick xx

Amazing service, always feel welcomed by the friendly team. I have been going to Nickys salon for years, i highly recommend this place. The treatments i receive are always explained and aftercare is always provided.
I booked with this salon in Leamington Spa after showing her the exact hair color I wanted via WhatsApp and even in the salon with the color card. One of the girls told me I would probably need bleach to achieve that shade, and I agreed, as I just wanted the same color. When I came for my appointment, Nikki applied color directly to my black hair. I even asked during the process if it was bleach, but she said “No, you don’t need bleach.” I trusted her as a professional. Unfortunately, the result was just a reddish tint on my dark hair, nowhere near the color I had shown her in the picture and on the chart. When I raised my concern, instead of acknowledging the issue, she argued with me over the price, saying how much it would cost “in town.” This was never about the price – I paid exactly what she asked (£65 in total) without bargaining. My concern was that I did not receive the service or result I was promised. I left the salon very upset and disappointed because I trusted her professional advice, but I didn’t get the color I clearly requested. I recently went to Nicks for a lash lift and the whole process was easy and each step was thoroughly explained to me, including aftercare. I also go regularly for eyebrow waxing and they’ve always done an amazing job. Thank you!
I walked in and Nikki was very friendly attentive, I said how I wanted my eyebrows, and I'm very impressed with them,and they didnt put the thread in their mouths ,they put round their neck,which I thought was very good, as hygiene reasons . I would recommend anyone to go ,thankyou so much nikki and her staff was very good at listening to my needs. Definitely will be going there AGAIN...
I came in 29th December just as a first time customer having not been happy with service with another salon in town just for a eyebrows wax and upper lip wax. I had my treatments done by the owners daughter who was extremely friendly sorry I can't remember her name. I decided to treat myself to shellac nails as I hadn't had my nails done for over a year due to getting them done at another salon and they often chipped within a day. My nails were done nearly 2 weeks ago and still look like I've just had them done, beautiful and shiny. Thank you so much. I will definitely see Nicks hair and beauty as my new regular salon.
Great fast easy haircut for thick long hair. Always manages to squeeze in a walk in hair cut which I really appreciate as my work hours are long and difficult to schedule! Gorgeous cut , does as requested and very efficient!
I had a lovely pedicure here, was not disappointed! Always get my eyebrows done too, they offer threading and waxing, great price and always do a great job. Love the walk in appointments. Going to try eyelash perming next!
Teresa is out of this world amazing at nails!! I cannot recommend this lady highly enough. I got my wedding nails done here last minute as I unexpectedly broke some the day before. I had sculptured acrylic nails and then gel polish on hands and feet. The best I have ever had.
