The ladies that do the treatments are super friendly and the salon has a lovely vibe to it. They also offer a wide range of treatments at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this salon and feel very welcomed and respected by the therapists.
Biab nails. Paid £40 and was done in just over an hour. Lovely chat with the person doing my nails but would have valued real attention to nail/cuticle prep - which was minimal. Application of colour could have been better, and so much top coat was applied which means manicure is already coming up on a couple of nails after only a week. Bit disappointed overall.
The best facial ever! I had a rejuvenating facial with the very talented Amy. The environment was so relaxing and the products used were beautiful. The treatment included a neck and shoulder massage and I left feeling amazing. I absolutely recommend both this treatment and this therapist.
Love my new nails! Due to work and lifestyle acrylics aren’t an option for me and I opted for gels and Ellie kindly shaped my natural nails and painted them to look like French tip acrylics and I was over the moon. After chatting to all of the ladies whilst In the salon I was offered some nail art as a feature for each hand. Hannah so very carefully created a heart pattern all free hand and I’ve had so many compliments on them since. Thank you so much ladies I will be back! :)
Absolutely enjoy my time with Sarah at Utopia. The salon is a happy and friendly place. I have acrylic nails superbly done, plus have had many other treatments, and have a good old chat to put the world to rights. Utopia is aptly named as it is quite literally my happy place! Sarah and the team are all fantastic, friendly, inviting, and good at their jobs. Notably, Sarah is the best waxer I’ve ever used, and I’ve never had a disappointing service from anyone at Utopia. The pricing is very reasonable and I look forward to each visit!
My go to salon for everything. Sarah and team are all fabulous - fantastic beauticians and really welcoming and chatty, providing an hour or so of real 'me time' every time I go. Strong, long lasting acrylics, great waxing and pedicures plus Sam and Amy both do the best massages. Forget 5 out of 5, they need a 6!
