Ordered on line at 15.30, collected at 15.50 with no problems, Toolstation closed at 16.00 so half expected to get the notification for collection the next day...

Went special to collect an order at 7.15 pm all locked up. Wasted trip. Says on web site open till 8.00 pm
Brighouse shop waste of time even though they had part of my order in stock told me I had to wait while the day aftear for my delivery or pay again as I didn’t order off them thought it was all one company but cancelled the order went next door to screw fix sorted
I wish I got the name of the guy that served me. Brilliant I had a spot light which I was struggling to replace and an oven light that needed replacing. The service was great I was helped with my purchase but also shown what he looked at to check it is the correct one great store for both DIY pro`s and beginners
Ordered a drill via click & collect and within 10 minutes I’d had a text to say it was ready. Unfortunately the drill was faulty, so I had to return. The staff offered me a replacement drill which I gladly accepted. The fact that the place has only been open a couple of weeks during the COVID crisis, and they still went that extra mile is a credit to the ladies in the store. All very polite and professional, and despite not been allowed in the set up at the front of the store makes life very easy. Highly recommend this store and situated in a good location so avoids me having to travel to Halifax or Huddersfield.
