   I've visited this barber multiple times over the past year, but this last experience was by far the worst. There’s no consistency—every time it’s a different barber, and this time the one I got was extremely arrogant and unprofessional. He was more interested in chatting with friends than focusing on my haircut. The whole process felt rushed and careless. When I expressed I wasn’t happy, he bluntly replied, “I did what you asked, if you’re unhappy, I can’t do anything,” and walked off without a word. No effort to understand the issue, no apology, nothing. Just typed in £16 and pointed the card machine. Completely disrespectful and dismissive. Won’t be coming back.

   "Very unprofessional service at this barber shop. The staff lacks skill, and when I pointed out mistakes in my haircut, the manager was extremely rude. Instead of addressing the issue, he tried to convince me that the cut was fine just to save face in front of other customers. He even defended the barber’s mistakes with dishonesty. This is not fair or professional. I don’t accept that they learn to cut hair on my head. I’ve attached pictures as proof below so you can see the poor quality of their work. I would not recommend this place."

   I specifically said “NO SKIN FADE” he nodded and repeated it back to me! Never again! Please listen to your customers and stop shaving all their hair off! This isn’t what I wanted in February! I’m going to buy a hat ffs!!!

   I normally come here when back at Leicester and happy with the hair cut and service. However, went there today and had a new barber cut my hair as my usual wasn't there. Asked for a high skin fade and all he did was buzz off 3/4 of head and no blending or fade at all to the top. Rushed on the sides, where normally barbers there take their time. Normally a barber asks me if I want top of my edges sharped or boxed but I don't like it. This barber just sharped without asking.

   Went in for a beard trim and had a very nice service. I needed a hair trim, however due to time constraints I was unable to get one. I appreciate the honesty from Gaaza (apologies for the misspelling) who gave me the beard trim. Will definitely visit again.

   Younger guy in there did a good skin fade and paid good attention to detail to this but didnt blend it up very well to the top. He also ignored how I asked the length on top to be cut, essentially chopped my fringe into an arrow shape and then suggested I style it different. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

   If you are looking for an average job with a very real possibility of miscommunication and unprofessionalism, this is the perfect place. * I went to get a simple haircut for the third time now, and that is it for me. One of the workers does not know English at all, I know that. I do not care about that a lot since it should be okay as long as you do not give complex instructions, I guess, so I went for it. Second time I was there, I faced a passive aggressive attitude because I had to point out I needed someone who knows English, which was highly uncomfortable. But this time he tried to use his lack of communication skills to scam me into paying more; I am pretty sure he knows how much a simple haircut would cost; it is written there with big letters, and I was going there for the third time! The worst part is, when I tried to explain that he was mistaken, he was laughing a lot for some reason, which is etched into my memory. I really doubt getting a pound more would make a difference, so I guess he did this to have some fun, to fool me or something. In the end, I had to show my bank statement to another barber to prove that I paid more, so I got my change back. All these nonsense, it really does not worth it...
