   I have been going to jassi’s salon for 2+ years and have been a loyal customer. I’ve had some issues with poor eyebrow threading sometimes or subpar work however 3 weeks ago when I got my eyebrows threaded and my usual face wax the other lady who works here, not sure her name burnt me on the side of my lip and left with a scar that hasn’t gone in 3+ weeks. I decided to wait a bit to see if the scar left and give them the benefit of the doubt however this is not ok. I left the salon and that area was a bit red so I didn’t mention it as usually there is redness after, I then went home and a bubble started to form on my face on the side of my lip, which then scarred and left a visible bump which was very noticeable for days until it scabbed and has now left a visible scar on the side of my face. I never wanted to write a poor review as I said I’ve been going here for years and done however to scar someone’s face maybe for life now as it hasn’t gone away in a month and left pigmentation on my face is not ok. I wouldn’t go here if you want your face to have a scar too. Avoid this place at all costs.

   This seems to be a common theme…under arm waxing. I’ve been to Jassi a few times and decided to get extra treatment (underarm waxing) the day before my honeymoon to Thailand and I regretted it. I was in absolute pain and agony as a my underarms were burnt and a layer of skin completely gone. I cried all evening and was worried my honeymoon was ruined. I messaged Jassi advising of this that evening and yes she apologised but seemed adamant that it wasn’t a burn, just sensitive skin. Really wish I had pics of the burn. I had white puss/fluid coming out the next morning. I will never go back and please get your waxing done elsewhere.

   Worst salon ever. The wax was so hot and they did not even apologize for burning my skin. They have no courtesy. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
