I have been attending Dermaskin clinic for the previous ten years and for the past five years have been attending Dr.Rimmer’s dental practice. My husband and two adult children have also. We live in Worcester which may seem a little extreme to travel so far but I can reassure anyone that the mileage is justified. We first started attending the dental clinic for repairs as the standard of Work at home was far from adequate. Snaggled incisors were rebuilt and still look fabulous. Broken molars rebuilt to look like original new teeth. Whitening restored old stained teeth back to a youthful gleam. Dr.Rimmer and staff worked wonders. All this with no pain including fees. The pricing schedule is well justified and certainly value for money. A dental plan is now available at a highly competitive and cost comparable rate. This includes all routine and emergency services. We are now into our second year which is proving to be excellent with the added reassurance that unexpected issues will be dealt with. I had the absolute pleasure of being treated by Helen today. She is absolutely brilliant! I've never been good with dentists after a really bad experience as a child, but, she explained everything to me as she was doing it and would stop regularly to allow me time to compose myself. She obviously had other patients after me but she didn't rush. She was so slow and gentle, she made me feel secure. A huge shout out to Loren too. She assisted Helen. She is such a kind friendly young lady and has an incredibly calming nature. I personally will never go anywhere other than here in the future.
I had top and bottom braces with Dr Flo & Dr Helen and I am over the moon. I have always been self conscious about my teeth but the love and care the team put into the whole process was amazing and I feel more confident now with my pearly whites! Thanks also to the team on reception as I work awkward hours and didn’t want to lose time off work but they were able to accommodate me and fit things in around my schedule to suit me. Big thanks and would recommend to others :)
Such a nice place and one of the best views in Cardiff to have your teeth checked. What a lovely dentist and staff. I used to be petrified of dentists but no more! I actually look forward to it these days!
