My daughter had a wash, cut and blow dry today with Paige and made me promise to leave 5 stars, she loves her hair and had the best time being pampered!
I always come here and see Viki - She knows exactly how I like my hair and I always leave looking absolutely fabulous!! I never want to see anyone else!
Unfortunately I had a bad experience here 2 weeks ago. I requested a wash cut and restyle with Vicki. Whilst finishing the fringe, they straightened it to give it 'more bounce' they burnt the whole of the front of my hair. Instead of owning their mistake she asked me why my hair was yellow! Then started to cut all the burnt hair away. Completely changing my style and leaving me with a tiny fringe that i cant do anything with! Was so upset, the stylist didn't own her mistake and kept telling me it looked fine. Tbh I think I was in shock! I was told to come back in 2 weeks(today) so she could cut the rest of the burnt hair away. My hair hasn't changed (grows slow!) I will not be going back to this salon.

First time using JustCuts and I had the pleasure of having Sam as my stylist. She immediately put my mind at ease with plenty of laughter and banter and, most importantly, she did a fantastic job with my curly hair. I'm so happy with it! I will definitely be returning and can't recommend Sam's skills enough!
Took our 18 month old son for a haircut. He had a melt down so only lasted a few minutes before giving up (not their fault he was upset). Still charged us £12 which is double what I would usually pay for a proper toddles trim and I'm left with his hair looking absolutely ridiculous.
