   I had an emergency appointment following a botched tooth extraction at another location. This was the first time I had been to this dentist and it was very welcoming. Staff on the desk were friendly and when called for my appointment the assistant dentist was so lovely and again very friendly. I was seen by Chris and he was a very polite guy and after my bad experience a few days earlier he made everything right. I am giving a 5 star review for everything that has been done here and If i was fortunate enough to get a full time dentist then this would be the place to go.

   Everyone in this dentist Very kind, helpful and very professional.. My 9 year old girl had her tooth taking out I can't believe how kind and nice everything was.. even I was so anxious but they done really good job. My daughter even didn't notice injections.. so happy to have a dentist like this

   I have been with 168 Dental Practice literally all my life, as a child, teenager, young women and now as a mother at 32. They have gone above and beyond for me every-time, and will always try and fit me in , won’t ever put me under pressure or give up on me when I get severe anxiety during treatment. The reception team are fab! Always welcoming and chatty, and will also give support if needed. 168 Dental Practice has given me my confidence back and I can finally smile again! :) They have always been so supportive, friendly and most of all……. Always going above and beyond for your patients ❤️

   Sent here for an emergency appointment and can not fault their service at all, absolutely outstanding. Dentist advised the temporary solution really would only last a few days but could offer a permanent solution if I could come back later the same day which I opted for. Went above and beyond to not only fix my immediate issue but offered advice to help with my long term plan of having implants. Everyone here was really friendly and I would recommend these to anyone!

   Been going here all my life and I attended university and when I come back to get an appointment I was told I was struck off, with no notification or letter ever reaching my address all the money I have spent over the years and my family and to be spoken to rudely on the phone by the receptionist, was also told that I owe them £3 well I mean those letters never failed to reach my address.

   Fantastic service today. Front crown fell out yesterday evening and, despite (a) my dentist being away from the practice today and (b) the other dentists being fully booked, I was seen this morning and my crown re-positioned. I have always been 100% satisfied with this practice but today's service and treatment was beyond 5*. Thank you for making me look human again!

   I can't comment on the quality of treatment for people with their own teeth but, in my personal experience, the quality and provision of full dentures was dreadful. Normally the procedure would take perhaps four visits but in my case it took almost 9 months and even then the dentures I left with have made life a misery for almost two years and cost almost £600. I accepted the final set only because the dentist told me he could do no better and that implants were the only alternative. Since he is the expert and because I couldn't afford to go elsewhere I put up with it but how I wish I'd known how that first visit would turn out.
