   Amazing staff and amazing composite bonding process! Changed my smile and grew my confidence in such a short procedure. Pricing was actually really good and you get 12 months guarantee on the new teeth, I did suffer a chip within a few weeks and had it fixed straight away free of charge. That tooth has been strong as ever since and the rest of the teeth are holding up lovely so far! Really would recommend getting a smile makeover with Josh.

   I had dental implants over 10 years ago with a company in Cardiff. Ive recently become a patient at Cox and Hitchcock, as I have gum disease which was impacting my implants. I had my first appointment with Vinny, he asked lots of questions around, poor sleep, morning headaches, neck ache - didnt really think much about my teeth causing these issues. Over a few appointments Vinny magically performed a realignment. This has improved my sleep, I no longer suffer with morning headaches or neck ache. I also had deep cleans and laser treatment with Gabby which has made a huge improvement to the gum disease. Amazing results, really proffesional but also personal. I have a fear of dentists, they put me at ease and explained the treatment step by step.

   Rang Hitchcock dental 7-7-2025 explained two of my fillings had fallen out which is normal for this dentist, and I was getting pain from hot and cold liquids and one filling is also sharp and catching on my tongue. Offered an appointment 10-10-2025 at 11:25 which would be a check up but was assured the dentist would then get me in quite quickly to replace the fillings that had fallen out. So waited three months and had my check up today at 11:25 which went well paid £20 for x-rays. Then the receptionist told me it would be a few weeks, but then said as I was not a private patient I would have to wait until next year to have my fillings and it's all the fault of the NHS rules they have to follow. Regards (dissolutioned and badly treated) Mike After waiting 3 months with pian from my fillings I was told by your receptionist I would have to wait until next year to have my two fillings which is another 3 months not 3 weeks, 3 weeks was offered if I went private with your practice. I have never had so many fillings fall out until I went with your practice perhaps you would like to check my records and publish the amount of filling that have fallen out. As far as I'm concerned your service is dreadful and the NHS built your practice and you are turning your back on NHS patients as there more money in private patients. I have left your practice I phoned the new dentist had an NHS appointment 2 days later and they are replacing my fillings 8 days after my first appointment so 10 days all done. It is my experience and opinion as a normal strait forward human being that your service is extremely poor and not fit for purpose, I'm so glad I have left your practice and should have done so years ago, and my wife is following suit.    I got implants fitted with Vinnie - a significant amount of work due to two accidents when I was young. Vinnie was great, talking through the process with me the whole way through, the cost was clear and fixed for the duration of the treatment. Injections were mostly painless and the result is fantastic - natural looking smile which is great.

   Had a consultation to go on to the dental plan. Payed and on 6 occasions chased them to send more information, everytime being told the manager will get back to me. They never have and now I’m a lapsed patient. It’s a shame because the dentist was highly professional and nice, but the administrative team have completely put me off ever coming back.

   I was referred to see Vinny to have my bite realigned, because I had broken a couple of teeth recently as a result of clenching my jaw (I just thought this was just normal!). I also had a stiff neck, shoulder pain, tinnitus and insomnia. After 3 short sessions to correct my bite, I feel amazingly different. My shoulder pain, clenched jaw and tinnitus have gone. My insomnia is much improved. And I can turn my head without stiffness or pain - particularly noticeable when reversing the car. At 64, I just thought all this was part of getting older and couldn't be fixed. Who would have thought something so simple as a misaligned bite could have such wide-reaching effects?! A huge thanks to Vinny and the team.

   Best dentist I’ve used to date. After a recent trip to turkey I visited the practice to have my implant work finished. Extremely glad that I did, they pointed out the mistakes that had been made and also corrected my bite, which was bodged in turkey. The staff are super friendly, don’t talk to you like a 5 year old who’s on the naughty step (which has been my previous gripe with dentists) and extremely professional. I can’t recommend these guys (Vinny in particular) enough. If you want the job done properly, whether it’s crowns or implants, this is the place to come.
