Great products from them so far, and way better prices than the likes of B&Q and Wicks etc, and when they made a mistake and sent out a wrong product with one of my orders, they were straight on it and got it changed over really quickly. Catherine who i dealt with was fantastic can not recommend highly enough.
Got me out of a big fix! Inside stop tap broke at tea time on Easter Sunday. Had exactly what I needed, 25mm x 15mm, and was very helpful. Been going to the big trade names for years for anything plumbing related. Will definitely come here in future. Had everything on show and prices looked reasonable.

The shower was damaged and had missing parts. The item also had a human hair attached to it, probably refurbed and sent back out. Won’t buy again.
