   Waited hours just to get a haircut a few months ago. Second time I just left. They seem to cater to their buddies who just walk in and immediately get their hair cut. I don’t think a waiting queue or first come first served basis exists there. Absolutely rude, unprofessional and terrible customer service. Great way of attracting customers Jay! (I’m assuming the owners name?). Perhaps you should change your approach. Sad really as this was in my area but I found a much better haircut place with decent prices and don’t have to wait ridiculously long and people don’t push in the queue too. In addition, they don’t respect the covid rules as lots of people usually hang there, smoking, no social distancing or wearing masks. Avoid if possible.

   Moved recently to the area, I google nearest barber shop, called him and asked if I need to make booking, he said no you can walk in, I took my son and went after work 5.30 (they close at 7) The place was dirty, not friendly barbers, both barbers ignored me and served their friends who walked in mins ago and totally ignored me! I waited over 45 min I got so angry and left the shop!! nightmare Avoid!
