   I was charged with having a dog dangerously out of control and had my first experience with Allen and Hoole with Clara Massiah who was the duty solicitor at the time of my interview. She was under direction from Lisa Rowley and their help and advice was second to none. Due to this first encounter I stayed with Allen and Hoole throughout the process. The initial court hearing was where I met Bradley Axam and with his advice and expertise got us the best start for our last hearing. This is where it became evident that expert representation would be crucial and this is where Lisa Rowley came into her own. This was a very specialist case being under the DDA act and we had heard great things about Lisa but her knowledge surrounding this subject was truly outstanding and went far beyond our expectations. She had contact with dog behaviourists/ assessors who are top of their game and added to the credibility she carried. Not only did she take care of the whole case with professionalism( it was quite something to witness in the court first hand) and giving us a better outcome than that we were even prepped for and imagined, she handled the case with empathy, sensitivity and with real person focused approach. She was always a phone call away and reassured us during the whole process which quite frankly was totally overwhelming. We as a family will forever be indebted to her for working tirelessly to get our family dog back home to us. Cannot recommend Lisa Rowley enough

   Andie Davey I can’t thank you enough. When going through the process of looking for advice, the thing that stood out about Andie was she spent 20 minutes on the phone going through all my concerns and took the time to listen. Where as I found other solicitors just wanted to rush me off the phone. After I instructed Andie to support me, she was there when I needed her and gave me some great advice. Never did I think I would be in a position looking for a solicitor but Sometimes we find out self in situations and just need someone to believe in us and guide us through the process.    After my son was arrested and then sectioned Andie Davey was there to help and give good advice. It turned out to be a long and complicated situation which was very stressful for my son and us as a family. Andie was there to explain the law and to keep us posted on updates.
