   I have been going to Elevation since around 2015. Initially being looked after by Tracey and for the last two years stylist Sam. Over the years I have always found the service to be professional, personable, and efficient. The staff are friendly and polite and you feel valued as an individual not just a client. The staff take a real interest in you as a client.

   popped in there for a hair cut and style the other day, the staff were very perfesional and well mannered, I cannot say enough words on how polite all the staff are, they made me feel very welcome. In my opinion its the best sallon in coventry. I would highly recomend this sallon, the prices are very reasonable for such a great service thank you so much

   Not even worth 1 star but unfortunately i cant give 0 stars! , my wife had a hair colouring from Elevation in June. The results was so disappointing, it was not even the color she asked for, ended up damaging her hair. Would NOT recommend!!

   My partner went here last week and asked for a curtain fringe. She was left with something that left her in tears. The stylist gave 2 strips of her hair a blunt cut. When she was challenged on it, she said it "was meant to look like that". When she asked the stylist to cut it differently she was refused as she was told it would settle in a couple of days. She called the manager over and the manager again refused to do it. The next day she decided she couldnt trust them to fix it so she went to a different salon who said that "whoever cut her hair had no idea what they were doing" which is embarrassing. They did that good a job she will never be back. A full refund should be given however she didnt want the embarrasment of going back. See the pictures of how they left it and how it looked once it was fixed. Heres some advice, the customer is paying for a service and if they ask you to cut their hair a certain way, then ask you to fix it, do it.

   I've been having my hair done at Elavation now for almost the length of time they've been open. I love it there, staff are so friendly and welcoming and I wouldn't ever think of going anywhere else. Highly recommend. Always look forward to my appointments and chat. Thank you ladies.

   Rude staff, made me feel anxious and uncomfortable, id booked for a wet haircut I waited for a while when the hairdresser cam over to me she yanked my hair and said well what we having then a wet cut and a blow dry, I replied and said just a wet cut would be fine. She insisted would have to have a blow dry as they dont let clients leave without a blow dry. I again said I dont like to have it blow dried and then she continued to say she would have to straighten it (which I didn't want) I booked in for a wet cut and she should have said on the phone that they have to do a compulsory blowdry. She continued cutting her clients hair and was already overrun for my appointment by this time I felt so uncomfortable I just walked out and left. Think I will go back to my usual hairdresser.
